Back in March 2009, Nogizaka started to make a new personal anime review blog. She cant think of any good titles out there so the temporary blogname was “pandora hearts” and it was hosted at wordpress.com. MisKriix, her budding classmate decided to join and post so the blog became a dual effort. Later on, Thingle came along. So MisKriix and I (Nogizaka) decided to look for more potential writers and aspiring ones and turned the blog into a team blog.

After a couple of months, Nogizaka Haruka came to a conclusion that free hosting was not enough. She stumbled at Notcliche.com and found out that Netto was hosting anime blogs for free. So the decision was made and the plan was carried out.

In November 1, 2009 –Shinkai Summit became the new name of the blog which actually was a song title of Nogizaka’s favorite singing diva “Hatsune Miku”. Shinkai Summit means “Heart Beaking Summit” which was composed by the talented Deco*27. Click here to see the video.

DECO*27 was one of the late new faces who made its debut in Oct.2008. His 1st work got over 100,000 view counts suddenly, and, in the later work, his popularity is stable.
